  Pros: The environment is well maintained. The staff is generally friendly and the amenities are pleasant, too.
  Cons: Expensive. First floor apartments have creaky ceilings and are generally noisy if occupied. Management is split. The properties are not all owned by Villas at Lacita. As a warning, the Property owner "Stuart Cohen", has YET to provide my security deposit. Had not received any written notice depicting a list showing or expressing reason to retain it. It's been over a year and has dodged my calls and the office of Villas at Lacita omits providing any help upon request for his information (legal brick-wall I'm presuming).
  
  Would give 3-4 stars if the home owners association didn't associate with scam artists.
