  Can't say enough good things about Dr. Aker and his staff. In my opinion Dr. Aker is, literally, a life saver. His concern over (what seemed to me) a slight problem with my eyes led him to make an appointment for me with a cardiologist who discovered three occluded arteries. This led in turn to triple bypass surgery. I believe I am alive today because of his care and concern. Thank you Dr. Aker.

  Aker Eye is a little bit more expensive for a self-pay eye exam than other places around ($122) but it's ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. I went in last week and had the best, most professional, most comprehensive eye appointment of my life, and I've had a lot of them. The tech and the doctor (I saw the young lady doctor and I don't know her name) were both very warm and informative. I also never felt rushed, which I appreciate since I'm an anxious patient. I can't recommend Aker Eye highly enough.

  I've been going to Aker Eye Center for the past 16 years. Even after moving to Orlando nearly 10 years ago, I still remained at Aker because of their excellent care. I highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed!
