  Even with appointment long waits. The they take you back and you have to wait another 30-45 minutes to see anyone. You can easily spend 3 hours even with appointment.

  Long wait times. 2+ hours even with an appointment. If you leave a message they won't call you back. Changing prescriptions is a month long process. Even paying at the end of an appointment is like a 15-20 minute wait. It's easily the worst office I've ever been to.
