  I would give this location zero stars if I could!! Had a reservation for a 12 passenger van 3 months ahead of time. They not only did not have the van when I arrived, but didn't even try to contact me the day before when they knew they would not have it there. The young lady who was on staff was overwhelmed. I had to call Enterprise who came to my rescue. Never will use Avis again!!
