  We picked up a vehicle on Thursday and many mistakes were on the contract. They were very busy, I understand that. They assured us it would not be a problem later. We tried calling multiple times on Thursday, Friday and early Saturday to correct the mistakes but no one answered the phone- the automated system routed me to hold every time I called and I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. I even called Enterprise corporate customer service who routed us back to the branch, which equalled hold again until I hung up. Our credit card was charged, although the contract stated to bill a third party dealership that authorized the rental- which was the only thing correct on the contract. I realize posting a review on google might be futile, but I would have loved to have called and spoken to a human in Titusville FL to get this cleared up days ago.
