  I was considering renting there. In doing my homework, I walked around and talked to some current tenants. Did they give me an earful. once you are in there staff is rude, maintenance is non existent. Nothing gets fixed, appliances don't work, AC's don't work. You can walk around and see storm damage from months ago is still not repaired. The place is dirty. Apparently it was a nice place at one time. It's going downhill fast now.
