  @the review critic. First I would like to apologize for your inconvenience. As the Community Manager we treat all residents with same respect. My team is not trained to teach one better than any other. The maintenance team is a team, they are not a divided team. Race isn't a factor at Palmetto Ridge Estates. If you have a work order that needs tending too, please come by my office and speak with me. Let's not let this one incident get in the way of what really needs to be done. Lets speak on the matter and correct any issues on hand. I appreciate all of MY RESIDENTS here at Palmetto Ridge. Please stop in and we can discuss this matter. Thank you kindly.
