  The staff is nice and pretty helpful. There were issues with getting maintenance to respond quickly at times such as the sink leaking and the garbage disposal not working, but nothing major. The apartments were very clean which was awesome and the appliances worked great! Would have loved to stay, but the rent prices were getting too expensive. They are getting closer to costs of living on the outskirts of Orlando which is just crazy for Titusville.
